As participants submit documentation, our case managers review it, verify authenticity, and accept or reject it.

When participants call with questions about their case, our case managers are there to help them comply and successfully complete their supervision term.

We send out event and due date reminders via automated text and email services and produce custom violation and summary reports for criminal justice agencies.

We participate in court hearings via video conferencing or telephone.
